Prozone was founded by Jay Vora, Husen Daudi and Dhruv Dave. Dhruv, our CEO, came from ERP consulting, working inside the finance and operations data of manufacturers and distributors.
In project after project he saw the same pattern: invoices paid twice because a number was typed differently, freight that never reached the invoice, tax credit left unclaimed, material quietly consumed above standard. Each leak was small. Together they were often worth more than the whole project.
Prozone turns that experience into AI: find the money first, prove it, then put the solution in place that stops it leaking again.

Dhruv works as a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer. That means we don't sell you software and disappear. We work alongside your finance and operations team, inside your real data and your real processes, and put AI to work on them until it pays for itself.
Most AI projects fail in the gap between a clever demo and a messy ERP. Dhruv's career has been on the ERP side of that gap (SAP, Odoo, Tally and more), so we know where the data hides, what your team will actually use, and where the money leaks.
